- I had placed an order of nutella cake with zomato and they delievered a wrong product and the company had actuallly agreed to the fact that a wrong product was delievered.It was on 25th of september when i placed the order . Since then i have been trying to reach them. They reply to the mails like after 3 days and then they apologised and promised to refund my money:!! Its almost about to be a month and i have not yet received my refund and i dont even get the satisfactory replies.Its not about the money ,its more of about the cheating the customers and making them beg for their money and putting them through severe mental hsrrasment
