This is prathap i had booked a room on 15-10-2022 hotel siddhardha elite with booking id-C3004575 and i had done my payment also through online but the booking has been cancelled same day i called to customer care 3 times and they said me they will refund my money but i didn’t get any mail or message regards of my refund and called to customer care also 10 times but there is no response. I had mailed the issue also to their oyo, but there is no reply So plz solve the issue as soon as possible and refund my money back
