I order cupcakes from LSD – love love dough where my bill amount was 273 did online payment my adress location was wrong but the delivery address wasn’t that far so delivery agent denied to go if this was the case I would have agreed for cancellation fee which was my mistake but I got call from swiggy saying delivery boy is denying to go so u can cancel or do replacement what u want so I asked about cancellation fee he said it’s cost free not to worry and then next min i got message saying 273₹ is charged as cancellation fee then why they lied to customer and made them to cancel order I would have done replacement or asked my friend to pickup from there this is fraud looting customer unknowingly need my full refund back. I also have recording of that call as proof.
