I have order a Vivo V11pro on 12 Sep 2018 with Order Number Order Number-OD113359284332845000 & Same is cancelled by me on 12 Sep 2018.
Refund Amount is not initiate yet. I have log a complaint on 17 Sep 2018 then customer care executive give me timeline till 19 Sep 2018 but problem was not solved & gave me next timeline till 26 Sep 2018 10 AM.
But still problem was not resolved yet. 20 days have been passed but no one solution.
Every day I have received call from customer care executive he saying only our backend team is working. I am unable to understand that what are they working on this complaint. Who is responsible for this payment.
