Respected sir,
Iam Deepak mohan, I booked one IRCTC ticket through IRCTC app from Delhi to trivandrum on 21st sep 2018 and later I cancelled it on 24th sep. The refund amount is Rs.3125. Later on I got an mail regarding the refund that it will reflect in my bank in 6 days. But till now I didn’t get any refund and I have been calling IRCTC and the bank . I had also sent my bank statement to IRCTC stating that the money has not returned in my account. But they are so irresponsible that they told me to call the bank people and they are not responsible for this. I have all the proof that the said money has not yet received. Iam here by attaching the documents sent from the IRCTC related to the booking and also the mails I have sent to irctc. Please do the necessary.
