Hi sir/ma’am,

I have ordered one item in PAYTM order No. 6073715211 cost was 699/- money transaction done through online.
for this product 200 cashback credited to my paytm account. after receiving my order due to defect in product I returned the product on 20th September.
but still didn’t get my remaining money that is 499/- yet if I call to paytm they won’t connect to customer agent.please help.
