I have made a payment via zomato app on 20 January 2024. Payment status was failed but after3-4hour amount got deducted. Zomato executive kept saying that amount will be refunded within 7 days but it never came. Then they said we will check but never came back. I raised a chargeback dispute with my bank credit card department. After 1 month they came back saying merchant decline the claim. Now zomato people don’t have any answer and don’t call back. Last they called and said will call in 10 mins but it has been 3 days haven’t received any call.
