Ordered a shoe from the official app of Adidas worth Rs.1349.50 but due to size issue had to made a return and my return was successful on 27th of September 2023. According to their refund policy refund should be initiated within 3 to 14 days of completion of return. It’s more than 14 days now and I haven’t received any refund from Adidas. Each and everyday made a call to their customer service and tired of getting the same excuse “Please wait for some more days”
