My name in Uttam Rudra Paul, from Agartala ,Tripura West, I am purchase one product from Flipkart shopping app on date 02/08/2023, amount 465 through phone pay upi id, on that day few time later, I am cancel this order. Flipkart system wish after cancellation consumer get refund within 2 to 7 business days, but my case , I am not get any refund till now.
After conversation of Flipkart customer care they claim that I am got refund & they show refund transaction id on their system on 07/08/2023, but when i check on bank statement, via this transaction id not credited any refund amount to my bank. After that ,several time contact to flipkart customar care team on this issue, they not provide any solution on this regard.
