I booker flight from delhi to surat on 18 july and i got call from them that my booking is cancelled and refund will be credited to account within 8-10 working days. I did not recevied till 7 aug and then i started calling them from 8 aug. I called them almost 10times and each they give new reason for failure and
false promise also. Till 14 sep. I have not received my refund.
Further, their email id do not all time and do mot have any senior when call for refund.

Please do mot book using this portal. Your money will be blocked and you get mental harassment too.
