I booked a hotel via Oyo In Goa they have mentioned power back and after checking in there was continuous power problem and they didn’t have back up..So I raised a complaint and Oyo customer support they have promised refund of 75% booking amount to source and i received a mail regarding the same ..And Today when I called them regarding my refund they are saying refund can be done only to Oyo rupee not to bank and they Clearly stated That previous exicutive made false commitment and refund can’t be done to bank
