Hello,

I am one of the paytm user since so long. I have placed order for BLACK GRAY KURTI on 7th October, 2018 and received it on time but the quality of product is worst.

I request for return on 15th Oct and PayTM dealer took product on 16th – Oct – 2018.

My issue is that, I did not get any update or any status about my refund. I have called customer care center but they put me on waiting queue so long and not receiving phone. I need my refund and who is responsible for my phone bill?

Another issue is, order has been automatically generated from my PayTM account on 15th Oct. I did not place that order from my end.
