On 15th April 2023, i I had ordered a mural painting photo, named Radhamadhavam in Amazon selecting cash on delivery type of payment. On 26thApril 2023, I got the delivery of a photo which is totally different from the one I had ordered. I had payed ₹1999 during the delivery. The same day I raised a complaint and the return of the item was approved by the seller. The item was returned on 27th April 2023. I have raised a complaint against the same in the customer service where I was assured about the refund by 3rd May 2023 which I did not Receive so far.
