Hi,
I have an issue regarding my refund where Flipkart is saying that the refund is successfully initiated and the status is completed. But the same is not credited to my account till today (it’s been more than 10 days). I have already checked with my bank partner and UPI associate using refund reference ID provided by Flipkart and they confirmed that the payment is not been initiated or processed with that reference ID.
I request you to please take appropriate action in order to resolve my issue.
