Maine easemytrip.com se 11 airline tickets (Booking Ids: EMT109486949, EMT109489646 & EMT109493689) book karaye the jo ki 12th march 2023 ko 11:00 AM ke the lekin airline dwara filght aur timing change hone ki wajha se mujhe sabhi tickets cancel karne pade aur fir maine 8 march 2023 ko easemytrips ki wabsite par jaakar sabhi tickets cancel kar diye aur full refund ke liye apply kiya(jo ki maine pahele hi airline se confirm kar liya tha ki main full refund ke liye elligble hu), aur aaj 24th April ho gai hai par jab bhi main easemytrips se refund ka status puchta hu to wo bolte hai ki humne airline ko mail kiya hua hai par abhi tak ki reply nhi aaya jab aayega tab hum apni tarf se process karenge par iska un logo ne koi proof nhi diya ab yadi main airline se puchta hu to wo log bolte hai ki travel agency se pucho appne travel agency ke through ticket kiya tha hum kuch nhi bata sakte aur yadi travel agency(easemytrip) se puchta hu to wo bolte hai ki abhi airline se koi reply nahi aaya hai aur unhone apply bhi kiya hai iska koi proof bhi nhi hai, is baat ko lagbhag 2 mahine hone wale hai.
Please help me to get refund.
