Text of Complaint by Eshwari:

This is regarding my Ajio order of Janasya Anarkali Kurta with Dupatta. I had returned the product correctly and the delivery agent confirmed that both kurta and dupatte was returned with all tags and he picked up the product.
I didn’t get a refund back and customer service called and told me they are not able to refund because they received only dupatta and not the kurta.
They didn’t even replace and send me a new product.

It is not my responsibility if they misplace or lose an item. I have returned the product correctly , so i should get my refund back according to return policy.

Please help me in getting my refund back as this is irresponsibility from Ajio’s side.
