Text of Complaint by Amitesh Singh:

On 29 sept i ordered boat earphone on Amazon and paid 999 rs ….I paid 995rs through paytm payment bank card and 4rs through Amazon pay….after 2 days I cancelled products and Amazon send notification of refund initiation but 2 month passed but till now refund didn’t initiated and credited in my card …when I talked Amazon costumer executive said they have initiated they said me to contact paytm payment bank …when I conatco bank they said they didn’t got any refund status …I’m confused tensed between these 2 companies….
