I had cancelled the booking as OYO had double the price of the room overnight even after I had paid 1457 Rs and asked me to pay additional amount. I called the customer care and they cancelled the booking before 9AM as per their policy and I was supposed to get a full refund for which they asked me to wait 7-14 days. I have called them 2 times and both times they kept me on hold for 15 mins and then cut the call automatically. This is a scamming and unprofessional behavior from OYO. I need my refund to be processed ASAP
