I ordered food and it was in a very terrible condition. I chatted with zomator for like one hour and agent name was Vikas. He could not help me, instead he hung up on when I was asking hm questions. I want to file complaint agaisnt that guy that how can he hung up on me without answering me. I want to file complaint against his manager as well who was noot willing to help at all. I am attaching pic of pizza I received. I want to be followed up with the update on my complaint.I want to know how Vikas is going to be punished for ill treating me on chat and his manger as well?
