I have ordered a consignment of 8 items and then cancelled then as I could not take the delivery hence I cancelled all the orders as much as I could but I was unable to cancel one order as it was already shipped hence on the application it was showing that I may deny the order when the delivery executive will come and that’s what I did.now the product have reached them back yet there is not update on my refund amount.i have called the customer service and they have not been able to address my concern regarding the product refund.1st customer service said that It will take more time.2nd customer service said that the refund has been initiated and also successful with the reference no 030308308105 and asked me to check with my bank executive.then I contacted my bank as was said that there is no transaction with this reference no.again for the 3rd time I contacted the customer service from ajio and then I was said that it will take more time and please wait it 30 March when I asked them to connect me with there supervisor I was made to wait a few minutes and then they said that he is not here hence they will not be able to connect me with him also please do note that the product was ordered on 4th of March and delivery was attempted on 11th of March tentative and today it’s 23 and the issue is not yet resolved.
