Hi,
I had booked some lab tests, order ID: 3923415.
The sample collection had not taken into process even after waiting of 48 hours. I cancelled my tests on 24th April and ask them to initiate the refund process.
Till now I have call so many times but still they are not refunding my money.
Every time you call, they will have some readymade answers like “Sorry, I’m initiating the refund process in highest priority” that’s it. Nothing else.
