Text of Complaint by Vinod Kajrolkar:

For the last 2 months, I am daily bothered (~3-4 times a day)  by Hathway tele callers for renewing the contract which I discontinued the service 3 years back. Last few days getting calls around 8pm as well for the same. Today, I got irritated and informed the telecaller “Shirin” to discard by number from the list. I was shocked to hear from the lady that it’s my problem that I have discontinued the service and hence need to visit the nearby Hathway office for placing the complaint so that the calls are stopped. It’s giving me more irritation because of such nonsense communication from Hathway staff. If this continues then I am going to place a FIR against Hathway because of all the inconvenience caused to me.
