Text of Complaint by Shiraz Ahmed:

As per compensation policy of Zomato I was supposed to get 100% compensation but they gave only 40%. I have mails which clearly says that a full refund will be initiated but that never happened. Everytime I make a complaint with Zomato, they send a message that full refund will be initiated and close the case but in reality all they initiated was 40%.
