I had placed an order from 24th main restaurant on 9th October around 12 PM on swiggy. I had forgotten to add some items and one of them was biryani of ₹275. Total extra amount to be paid for adding the items was ₹620. The restaurant guy called me and said that veg biryani was not received by him and he told me to inform the same to swiggy. I informed swiggy and they told me that u should pay full ₹620 even though biryani was not received and they said the amount of ₹275 towards biryani will be refunded. After multiple email request and sending them all the proof such as screenshot with the chat support person, even till now they are not refunding the money and still playing around
Please help me sort this out ASAP.
