I did a transaction on myntra through paypal via paytm debit card on( 2 Mar 2020) at the time my order was declined by merchent but amount debited from my paytm debited card. At the same time paypal issue the same amount refund but till now I am not get that money in my account
I had raised a charge back through paytm ( paytm query no:158783110) .after charge back paytm said that paypal declined that charge back due to they don’t have valid proofs for that transaction was successful.
Here I had sent all valid proofs to paytm technical team
1) paytm given UPI Transaction ID and Reference ID
2) I took screenshots from paypal app i.e order and refund Transaction ID and Reference ID
But paytm can’t help me and they asked to me, you will pay 6000 then we raise charge back. I no need to pay 6000 because I don’t trust paytm. Plz help me
