I haven’t received my refund for a total of 7 bookings ( around INR 7.9K) and it’s been more than 20 days now. I am trying to get help from their number 9313931393 for 3 days now but not even a single person has helped me. All they do is put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and then disconnect the call like they get some bonus for long-duration calls. I have also mailed like 20 times but not even a single reply. I even have a recording of an agent who put me on hold saying he is gathering info on my booking but he forgot to mute his mic and I have recorded all his gibberish, he was literally abusing his company and his manager.

The last 2 bookings have a different refund issue, I paid extra at the hotel, and oyo support agent assured me to refund the extra amount I paid at the hotel.
I haven’t got a single refund and no one from oyo is helping me
