Text of Complaint by Rupesh Kumar:

I ordered a product (Motorola one fusion plus) from Flipkart worth Rs. 11899 on 15th October 2020 through prepaid with SBI Debit card. After few minutes I cancelled the product and they processed my refund amount on 16th October 2020 (they told me that this amount will be added to your debit card by 19th October 2020). I contacted the Flipkart team so many times but nothing happened. They only told me to ask your bank, go to the grievance cell or complaint for charge back form. I did everything but I was unable to find money. This procedure wasted my time a lot. Till date this amount (11899) is not credited to my account. I am very disappointed. If the seller is really initiated or flipkart really initiated my money, it must be reflected in my account.
