Text of Complaint by Kondepudi durgesh Raju:

On 1/08/2017 I made a online payment for purchase an mobile from Flipkart , but the order was not confirmed and money debited from my account.

So I requested them for refund my amount, they also agreed for refund. On 23rd August 2017 they said ” in 2-3 business days you will get your money” , but still now I didn’t received my refund amount.

Now they are not responding to me.

    Hi Team,

    I placed an order on 18th July’18 for an product Samsung Galaxy J8 with
    order ID OD112871099128188000. I paid for 1 day delivery but never received
    an order on 19th July’18. I’ve been chasing flipkart but there was no
    update on this, So i kept waiting at my home for the entire day on 19th
    July’18 hoping that someone will deliver the order. I received an email and
    a notification on my flipkart app stating that the order has been
    delivered, which i never received. I tried reaching to customer care since
    then, the only message on call I get is “All customer service agents are
    busy, please try again later.”. I already paid for this order and I never
    received the order as such till date. If the product was delivered then
    whom it was delivered to?. While placing the order there is no option to
    change my contact details which were my old number. I am still trying to
    change my mobile number on the account as there is no option to do so. I
    need this to be escalate to your CEO Sanjay Bansal as its way beyond the
    imagination. You have delivered the product to someone else or never
    delivered and sent an invoice to me stating its been delivered and I will
    end end paying for something which i never got it.

    It’s my mistake that I should have placed the order in Amazon when they
    were promoting and running their Prime Day. I work in a organisation where
    Amazon is working in the same organisation. I am an Assistant Manager in
    the same company but still I choose Flipkart which is my mistake to do so.
    You know the best part, Flipkart is also been acquired by the company I
    work for and still i m helpless here. Nobody in Flipkart has the audacity
    to call me or send me an email after I left a review about this absurd
    experience. I need to chase someone who work for my organisation to get
    this email address just to get this addressed, Which means that as a
    company Flipkart has not authority on what is going on until its been
    outsoured to a company where the customer works. I seriously will move to
    Amazon for sure after having such a delighted experience from Flipkart and
    I am overwhelmed by the services I have received. I’ve been with Flipkart
    since a long time, You can definitely check my account on what all I have
    ever ordered and received a very good service. It’s just as are monopoly in
    the market of online electronics goods that doesn’t mean you can play
    around with customers.

    I will be reaching out to Sanjay Bansal by hook or crook, as this is not
    acceptable. I am not bothered about the money I’ve paid for it, there was a
    reason why I needed the phone in 1 day delivery, and I opted for it but
    never got in a day’s time n surprisingly anything till now.

    is doing. You might always will come across all these threaten, the only
    back luck is, I work for the company which supports FlipKart to outsource
    its business.

    I need my product to be delivered in next 2 working days either to my home
    address for where I placed the order. I will wait for a response for next
    24hrs for a resolution else I will take this further for sure.

    Till now no resolution or nbdy contacted me

  2. I was placed order one Prestige pkgss Electric Kettle to Flipkart against order no OD113446580719344000 on 22nd September as a COD basis. But I was tried to pay the payment to Flipkart on 22nd September through Allahabad bank net banking two times and amount Rs 1215 X 2 = Rs 2430, which deducted from my account and gone to flipkart account against ref no .609828575 and 609831747.
    We again paid through case to Flipkart during delivery of my consignment.
    Several time I request to Flipkart to refund my money Rs 2430 immediate basis with submitted all prof document.
    But till today they have not refund my money.
    Please help me.

    My name is Sabuj Bhattacharyya addressed by Eureka Stock, 8 NS Road Gillander House 3rd Florence, Kolkata- 700001. I ordered an iPhone 6s rose gold model 32GB phone price of 32000 in EMI mode of debit card, but when I opened the package it shows they provide me a Samsung galaxy old model phone and it’s price range is 6000/7000 but my EMI is started from my bank. Is it justified things??????

    As I am an old customer of flipkart don’t know how they do this chestable things with me. Even they also not provide any return option on this device.

    I want to know that am I wait for justice??

    Am I takes any leagel step for it????

    And also let me know that am I wait for justice or I clearly accept this cheating from Flipkart service????
