I had ordered a Women’s cotton blend kurta set from GoSriki brand on 01 FEB 2023 and paid Rs. 499/- via phonepe. I received the kurta set but it was not as expected in terms of quality so I had to place request for return and refund. My return was picked up on 10th FEB 2023 and I received a message that my refund has been initiated on 13th FEB 2023. The status of my refund under “ORDERS” in amazon app shows refund credited to my bank account. But I haven’t received my refund. Amazon customer care asked me to visit my bank (HOME BRANCH) and I visited and even requested the manager to have a check but SBI manager says I need to contact amazon care only. Whereas amazon cc says visit your bank. Refund was initiated from amazon on 13th Feb 2023 but for some reason it is stuck in my bank account like it is not getting credited to my account. I even updated my KYC at bank. Please help. I have reference no and refund was done via RD NEFT from amazon. PLEASE HELP
