I asked just dial What is the procedure to deactivate the plan . Because it’s been 2 months I haven’t got any single useful lead that can be converted. Frankly speaking we have made a very huge mistake that we registered with just dial. It feels like we suffered a loss of 46k . I have tried 2 plans paid extra amount also for some good leads but still no progress. I’ve been assigned two managers different times for assistance and non of them is useful first it was Saurabh Raheja , I called him literally 5-6 times to my office because I was facing so much problem . He told me every day that he will come today . But he never showed up and stopped picking up my calls . This is so unethical. Is this how you guys satisfy your clients . The calls that I get through just dial are so waste of time non of them is related to the keywords I’ve put . Non of them is converted. Every time the customer replies “ no I haven’t done it , I don’t need it , stop calling me . These replies indicate that these are all false leads . I get call for spray pumps. & my work is not related to spray pumps . I’ve called and raise complaint at least 4-5 times and my problem is still not solved and now this is getting frustrating for me . So I will be highly obliged if you could give me a refund and deactivate the contract . Because I’ve tried every thing to be patient and waited for leads and good response from your end but I haven’t got any . So just give us a refund and deactivate the contract.
