Hello Sir,
I have booked flight ticket from Bookotrip agency to travel on 26th from mumbai to delhi of airindia airlines. Due to lockdown flight got cancelled by airindia.
After that I have sent almost 43 email to bookotrip and airindia for refund. I clearly mentioned that I am jobless and leaving mumbai permanently. Bookotrip said airindia is not refunding money hence they can not refund my money and airindia said that contact to travel agency.
They are playing with me and blaming eachother. This is my humble request to you please help me to get the refund. As I am jobless and can not face money crisis. This is second time I am complaining against the same issue because of this mental harassment.
