I’m receiving Thomson 123.2cm led smart tv with Complete TV Protection (3 years) on 18th March 2020 and installation done on 20th march 2020, on next day 21st of March 2020 i found dot appeared in display so i decided to replace the product and require also made through flipkart application, after two days flipkart person call and said will send technicians regarding replacement processes,  no one come for technical visit till 26th of march 2020, afterwards there lockdown was started so i patently waiting for the vist, in this situation i face another problem with tv remote on 10th may 2020, i really unhappy with my product so agin i decided for return of the product and refund for this default product, request made on 12th may 2020, from that day itself flipkart gave me six commitment date regarding resolve this issue but still no action taken from them even customer care service worthless, i assigned to spoke then may minimum 15 customer care person but all are useless for my request even they disconnected my call while im explained regarding this issue, and many of my efforts, again they committed to resolve my issue on 29th may 2020, but now flipkart extends my resolve date on 19th of june, I’m really fedup with flipkart shopping and they still bluffing on this issue. In this same scenario Flipkart can arrange technical person for new installation and product delivery but they can’t send person for refund process.
