I have booked two flight tickets from website travolook but it got cancelled despite of completion of payment of 11645 rupees and now my expected working days are already completed and I have not got my refund or any status for it….from 23/07/22 to 20/08/22 ,Its already so many days i tried contacting on help email but they are not responding and today again the customer service is saying to wait for more 5-7 days but earlier it was supposed to be done by today,,…The expected working days are already completed and I have not got my refund or any status for it….from 23/07/22 to 20/08/22 ,Its already so many days . please do it as soon as possible..I need the money and i am a student studying in Imphal and native of Bihar,,this is a huge amount for me and I need them urgently..kindly look into it.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time.
