Text of Complaint by Rajan Gupta:

I got flight tickets booked(Spice jet and Indigo airlines) for 6 passengers through paytm.

later i cancelled all the tickets through airlines directly and airlines also refunded the promised amount to paytm as transaction was done through them.
Now paytm is refunding me only about 15% of the whole refunded amount.
i talked to paytm customer care, they are making excuses and quoting me about the unnecessary charges which were no where mentioned in their terms and conditions.

On furthur discussion they are disconnecting my call, this has been done 4-5 times.

 

please see to it and take appropriate action against paytm.
