purchased a product from meesho with sub order id 16773575516686720_1. They are not giving the full details of the product in the app. The size is mentioned as free size. Once I received the order I found the size is very small for my kid’s use. So I raised a return request on the same day of receiving the order (05/05/2024), but till date no one has shown up to receive the product. Multiple times the pickup has been rescheduled without anyone even tried to contact me. Their customer service is even worse. On 6th they registered a complain but when I contacted the on 10th they said that complain was closed because on 8th I said so, where as I never ask them to close it. Why it was closed without a proper resolution? They have now registered a new complaint and asking me to wait for 4-5 days.
