I was ordered biryani delivery partner pick my order and after delayed i called him he said some straik is going on unable to delivery the order after few minutes swiggy team called and they said unable to deliver order I requested them to its arledy my time waste if possible in 15 mins please deliver my order I can’t loose more time they said cancell your order sir we unable to deliver it delivery partner dropped and she never said you don’t get refund she never talk about also she says cancel your order I ask try to deliver she said no possibility ok I Said order cancelled and I got a mail you charged for cancellation it’s their mistakes but they are not provided the refund
