1. Have booked the railway ticket from Paytm through my debit card and the PNR number of the ticket is 8801477281
2. The train number is 12995 on dated of 24 April 2020 amount 5060 in the name of Gajendra jain + 3
3. I have received the message on 15 april from the railway that the ticket has been cancelled and you will receive the refund in 3 4 days
4. Till now the refund has not been credited
5. Please look after the matter
