I am forwarding herewith the complaint lodged by me for short supply of items.

The delivery was made late in the night and full payment was collected. Next morning when the delivery was checked, following items were found to be missing:
Garlic
Ginger
Jeera
Green Chilli
Further, only one kg of onion was delivered as against 4.995 kg billed.
The total refund on account of non-supply and short- supply works out to be Rs. 356.30 , as per detail given below :

Good Life Zeera 500 gms– Rs. 119.00
Garlic 380 gms. – Rs. 60.80
Green Chilli 380 gms. – Rs. 13.30
Ginger 570 gms. – Rs. 91.20
Item short supplied
Instead of 5 kg pack , 1 kg pack was supplied
Onion 4 kg – Rs. 72.00
Total refund amount Rs. 356.30
Your early response in the matter shall be highly appreciated.
You are requested to look into the matter and either arrange for delivery of short-supplied items at the earliest or refund Rs 356.30 to me.
