Text of Complaint by Aruna Girish:

I placed an order for soch women kurtha set costing 2,278Rs from ajio on 26 /08/22 and I received the product after two days the product was not good so i returned it immediately. The ajio customer care told they are going to refund the amount within 7 to 10 business days, but now it has already been 15 days ,till now have not received the amount of 2,278 rs to my bank account. Whenever I call them they have a recorded call saying the amount will be refunded within the given date. We will not be having direct contact with the customer care executive, they just send the mail we apologize for the inconvenience, but they are not refunding my amount. Iam not going to order any more products from ajio and also I won’t suggest my friends or relatives to order the products from ajio from nowonwards, really it’s a worst shopping website which I have ever seen.
