We purchased a Nokia LED TV through Flipkart on 15th Oct, 2020 with 3 years protection plan through Jeeves worth 3000.
we started to face issues with display panel and we raised this to Flipkart and Jeeves. Flikart mentioned that they will give us refund as model is not available now and not repairable. we got refund for the LED TV from Flipkart on 12th Feb.
But, Jeeves and Flipkart not ready to give us refund for the Protection Plan, they said they will Cancel it but cannot raise refund for it. That Protection plan should get refunded as the product no longer present for which it was purchased.
It will be really helpful if you can do needful.
