I booked the flight through Yatra.com and cancelled the same well in advance before travel date. I got the email from Yatra stating the booking had been cancelled with cancellation charges and refund amount. Now I am following for the refund but Yatra denied to refund money stating the booking was never cancelled from my end where I think the technical issue was from yatra end only not from my end. They are refusing for the refund. I have email from Yatra about cancellation.

We would like to inform you that as per records, you have requested online for cancellation dated 12 Dec 2023 where-in we have mentioned your cancellation request has been registered and we will contact you within 24 hours to explain the cancellation charges/penalty in detail. On your consent, the cancellation process will be initiated. In case you want to cancel the booking with immediate effect please call us on 0120 4845562 between 09:00 to 18:00 hours. We tried to contact you on 9820414863 dated 13 Dec 2023 for cancellation however your number was not reachable/switched off.
