I booked the ticket from Karad to Pune… but the bus did not come. Also the contCt no. Given we’re wrong….. and the agency name was also fake..
wasted almost 1.5 hr fir the bus.
Even paytm customer care were insufficient to help give the information.
the booking amount was 1000 and I want it back.
