Remainder Mail: Ticket No:- 15328204 & 15336865, Regarding Return of Order ID:- 1306964995 and Higher Management Team Ticket No:- 15313884,15326963 & 15337318, Grievance Redressal Ticket No:- 15328204,15336865,

Respected sir

I have mailed your team many times on dates:- 08/03/2024, 09/03/2024, 10/03/2024,12/03/2024 and……. After that as a reminder mail I received tick ID:- 153138884, 15326963 & 153373318

Now on 12/02/2021 I have filed a complaint against you on National Consumer Helpline with Docket No:-2558590, From National Consumer Helpline they have asked to send me a reminder mail and wait for response. But no positive response from your side.

Please return my incorrect product as soon as possible and issue a refund for the incorrect product.

I placed an order on 12/02/2024 with Order ID:- 130696499 and it was delivered to me on 17/02/2024.

When I opened the box the product was of different color and different model.

When I put a request for refund, it was taken back from me but the refund was stopped on 24/2/2024 by putting it in quality issue and saying it was quality check field. Then I called the customer service number 9029108282 and I was told that your complaint is pending. This has been done and your solution will be given within maximum five working days but nothing happened and I was given 24 to 48 hours more and was told that your solution will be given within them. I am highlighting from my side that the customer executive informed me. . But even after that no response came, then I mailed, no response was received, then it was said to wait for 24 to 48 hours but no response came, then on 8/3/2024 I was told that it is correct from the seller’s side. You cannot get a refund, but I had returned the same product that I had received, it was different from the one I received, so it will be returned as different too and after saying this, my refund was stopped.Both were ordered separately but were delivered to me in the same box and b pioth were different. Navy and Green color lehenga choli set. The box was open at the time of delivery. It was not packed properly. Because my order was prepaid and being a prepaid order they have tampered and cheated me by doing quality check field on return and withholding my refund
They provided me {csmanagement@tatacliq.com} mail id on 08/03/2024 and asked me to contact CS Management, now on 11/03/2024 your customer executive sent me to their customer head team {shweta@tatacliq .com} provided mail id asked me to send my complaint to you. But I did not find any solution regarding refund of the product.

Now you tell me what I have to do. I found different models and colors.

Please help me regarding refund. I am grateful to you for this.

If you do not do this then ultimately I will go to consumer forum and file a petition against you and your company TATA CLIQ.

Because your team member will let me down. I should file a case against you, your team member, customer support, CS management, head of customer support team and your company Tata Click and case should be 420, mentally harassing, mentally harassing, mentally harassing, Disturbing, waste of time, waste of money, loss of work etc….

So I request you to please consider my case and refund me my money.
