i made order from amazon of worth rupees 1399 , one svensson & co frekins men jacket on 1 march order id -171-0945596-9140315 ,upi/206022872045 and amazon delivered missing item on 7 march hence same day i did raised complain and got refund confirmation email on 14 march at 10.57 by amazon executive mani reddy but their after my refund not proceed so far .everyday i am contacting to amazon but they are not initiate this refund so far and making mentally torture and harassment with me
