Text of Complaint by Vrajesh Bhavsar:

Hello Sir/Ma’am,
I have ordered few items from Ajio.com and returned two of them.
Ajio has refunded one product’s amount successfully but the other product’s amount is not credited in my bank account amd they are saying they have refunded.
I have shared my bank statement several times with Ajio, and also provided requested details from my end, still they are not helping me with my refund.
Please help me.
