I had booked an bus ticket from paytm to journey from Ajmer to Ahmedabad on 30 Oct 22 at the time of booking Boarding of my bus was 0930 Hrs and after booking I received a call from bus merchant that my tickets was booked in bus whose boarding time is 0530 hrs, which I can’t take because arrival of my train at Ajmer is 0900 hrs, so I complain to paytm about that and they register my complain and told that my booking is cancelled and within 10 working days my full amount will be refunded, but now paytm denied for refund and frauded.
