I had Booked a hotel through Agoda India which is a Hotel Booking service. Booked Hotel was Athithi Inn Hyderabad.
Upon check in there was no issues observed but at night I was sleepless because of the presence of lot of bedbugs and cockroaches which were everywhere (Images attached). Upon complaining to Hotel Authorities I was given another Hotel which is of even worst case. Finally I vacated the hotel and asked for Refund as I booked for 5 days. Hotel denied the refund and so the Agoda.
I was not at all okay with how they treat people.
