Dear Sir
I have ordered bata official shoes.
Shoes was delivered by Flipkart on March 24, 2023.
But Due to shoes sizes mismatch
I raised return request on 25 March.
Delivery Boy came to me and he said due article Number mismatch i can’t take your product.

I complained Flipkart but No action taken.
Again I raised return request

Second times
Delivery boy said same word

I’ve called Flipkart customer executive approximate 25 times
But I didn’t get any resolution

I had to suffer a lot of harassing collection calls all day, with no help from their customer services

Now I’m filling fir on Flipkart in consumer court
