Text of Complaint by Ankit Tari:

I ordered 2masks with filter on 13th March but the masks which were delivered to me were normal masks with no filter so I placed return request after that on 16th March I received delivery which was again wrong I complained to the costumer care they said you won’t get replacement this time you’ll get refund but due to  covid state borders were sealed so they said you’ll get refund once the product reaches warehouse now the state borders are opened for 2 months and I still didn’t got my refund I complained 3-4 times they always say we have initiated your refund you’ll receive it in 2-3 working days but still didn’t received my refund
