Two days ago, i tried to make a purchase of lifestyle voucher on paytm worth Rs. 2000. I attempted it twice but it failed and my money was deducted. (Rs. 4000). Today is the third day, my money has not been refunded. Paytm provides worst customer support. I have been trying since monday to contact them via customer care number but everytime the IVR says “all our customer care executives are busy”, i tried to drop them a mail but none of their mail ids work. I am having the worst experience.
